ARIS
SCAFFOLDING PRODUCTION

AFIX Group manufactures steel system scaffolding at the manufacturing facility in Aris - Turkey.

The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is computer-assisted.
In addition to manufacturing AFIX system scaffolding, it also processes customised scaffolding orders.

PERMANENT QUALITY

Our suppliers of semi-finished steel materials are ISO certified.

Using sampling and lab testing, AFIX Group monitors quality levels on a daily basis.

AUTOMATION &
ROBOTISATION

The ARIS manufacturing facility underwent a major transformation in order to build the future generation of system scaffolding.

The production and assembly lines are automated while the welding stations are controlled using robots.

 







DURABLE
PROCESSING

The ARIS facility processes S355JOH steel with an increased yield strength of min. 400 N/mm². 
Hot-dip galvanisation provides the premium scaffolding steel with a durable anti-corrosion coating that extends its durability.








CAD
LASER CUTTING

Rosette technology forms the basis of system scaffolding.

AFIX Group closely monitors your safety and laser cuts the rosette out of 10 mm premium steel.
