AUTOMATION &
ROBOTISATION

The ARIS manufacturing facility underwent a major transformation in order to build the future generation of system scaffolding.

The production and assembly lines are automated while the welding stations are controlled using robots.

DURABLE
PROCESSING

The ARIS facility processes S355JOH steel with an increased yield strength of min. 400 N/mm². 
Hot-dip galvanisation provides the premium scaffolding steel with a durable anti-corrosion coating that extends its durability.

LASER CUTTING

Rosette technology forms the basis of system scaffolding.

AFIX Group closely monitors your safety and laser cuts the rosette out of 10 mm premium steel.
